Back in my kate spade days, I met a kindred spirit at J.Crew who shared my love of bold color and fearless pattern mixing. Naturally, and I hit it off instantly! So when we teamed up years later to develop the brand for her interior design studio, I knew it had to reflect her playful spirit. 💙🏡✨ Rooted in a handwritten logo system and her signature blue, the identity continues to echo her guiding philosophy: when designing a room, there is always room to play. From polished marketing materials to custom wrapping paper, every piece is designed to feel JOYFUL!

Hats off to the consummate pro, art aficionado, mustachioed dynamo, king of the selfie photo, all-around jolly good fellow, .colangelo! 🦊👨‍🎨🥂🧢🤳❤️How bittersweet to bid farewell to the face of the after 20 impactful years. In a nod to Dean Colangelo, we brought a little portrait mode to the retirement party, a reminder of the kind, welcoming disposition that greeted every student who walked through the doors of Weil Hall.
