This was one of our toughest projects to date and it wasn’t because of the technology… it was because of the request; “I don’t want an integrated home. I just want one button that does everything.”

🤷🏻‍♀️ Unpack that one!

What they meant:
* I want my home to work the way I expect it to
* I don’t want my AV system to take down my lighting system when it fails
* I want as few controls as possible
* Multiple apps are fine - if I know what they mean
* I want you to answer when I call for service

The service side is easy (we have a process for that), but making all of the design requests happen, required a diligent understanding of the clients’ needs alongside what’s possible.

For this project, works behind the scenes, integrating many systems, including lighting, a motorized pool, and motorized windows! is at the helm, providing the main user interface with providing high-end audio throughout.

It’s one of our most favorite projects to date, partly because we love a challenge, but mostly because the clients are amazing and the project team was impeccable.

All in a day’s work… or five!

When you have this many Lutron By Design shades to deliver on multiple floors and with scaffolding, it takes time and attentiveness.

Thankfully, our team was ready for the occasion!
