Schools, churches, hospitals, YMCAs, corporate offices and manufacturing facilities all face different risks. They share a common need for reliable emergency reporting, precise indoor location information and a silent connection to 911.

Punch Rescue deploys its technology across a diverse range of organizations, demonstrating how adaptable emergency response infrastructure can support many operational environments.

Cybersecurity starts long before a device is connected to the network. Every manufacturer, distributor, and logistics handoff can introduce risk, which makes hardware provenance a strategic requirement rather than a procurement detail. Our latest blog explores why organizations need verifiable confidence in where technology came from, how it was handled, and whether it remained trustworthy throughout its journey. How much visibility does your organization have before hardware reaches the rack?

The mission requires technology that is secure, reliable, and ready to perform.

As DAFITC begins today, the SD3IT team is ready to connect with government and industry leaders about resilient networks, secure infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mission focused modernization.

Meet our team at Booth 465.

Most cybersecurity strategies protect data at rest and in transit, but sensitive information can still be exposed while it is actively being processed. Confidential computing helps close this gap by protecting data in use within isolated, hardware-based environments. As cloud and AI adoption expand, securing every stage of the data lifecycle must become a strategic priority.

The countdown to DAFITC is on!

Next week, SD3IT will join Department of the Air Force and industry technology partners in Montgomery to exchange ideas, explore emerging capabilities, and strengthen the partnerships that support national defense.

Stop by Booth #410 to meet our team and talk about secure, resilient, and mission-ready technology.

Cyberattacks now account for 38% of organizational downtime, behind only power outages and hardware failures. Between 38% and 55% of targeted U.S. organizations suffered operational disruption as a direct result. In ransomware and OT incidents in certain sectors, downtime occurred in as much as 95% of cases.

Attackers have gotten very good at stopping operations. The question is how quickly you can start them again.

AI governance shouldn't be measured by policies published or committees convened. Those are easy to produce and easy to mistake for progress and true governance.

The real measures: How well do you evaluate new technology? How clearly do you understand its operational impact? How readily do you adjust course when the mission dynamic changes?

This is a topic that SD3IT President, Dimlich, has highlighted previously in SD3IT's Inside the Mission blog series. Read more here! -> https://sd3it.com/inside-the-mission/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=Zoho+Social

For decades we shipped software with a reasonable assumption: once it cleared testing and hit production, its behavior stayed predictable until the next release.

Agentic AI breaks that assumption.

Models drift. Infrastructure changes. Data changes. And agentic systems go further by making decisions, invoking tools, querying enterprise systems and interacting with other agents. None of that is fully knowable at deployment time.

Deployment is not the finish line. It is the start of an ongoing operational responsibility.

In our latest Inside the Mission post, SD3IT President Dave Dimlich makes the case that continuous visibility, not launch-day validation, is what keeps AI inside the security, compliance and mission parameters you set for it.

We're excited to announce that SD3IT has been awarded NASA SEWP VI contracts in both Category A and Category C.

This award expands our ability to deliver enterprise IT modernization, AI, infrastructure refresh, storage and compute integration, virtualization, cybersecurity, and mission-critical technology solutions through one of the federal government's premier acquisition vehicles.

As a federal solution aggregator, SD3IT brings together best-of-breed technology, integration, and expertise to deliver complete mission solutions under a single point of accountability for our Federal civilian and Department of War customers.

We look forward to supporting agencies across the federal government through NASA SEWP VI.

Effective infrastructure modernization starts with the workload, not the platform. Every application has different availability, performance, scalability, security, compliance, and cost requirements that should guide where and how it operates.

A detailed workload assessment can help organizations determine which applications should remain on VMware, move to another hypervisor, transition to containers, enter the cloud, or stay on dedicated infrastructure. This approach helps prevent teams from simply relocating technical debt instead of eliminating it.

When was the last time your organization evaluated whether its workloads are still running in the right environments?
