Use built-in shortcuts to fix common “my computer is frozen” moments.

1. Force-quit a stuck app (Windows): Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc to open Task Manager, then select the app and choose End task.
2. Force-quit a stuck app (Mac): Press Command-Option-Esc, select the app, then choose Force Quit.
3. Quickly refresh when something looks wrong: If a webpage is acting weird, press Ctrl-R (Windows) or Command-R (Mac) to reload.
