Big changes coming this fall, today I want to show one of them. We have had several inquiries about changing a source that is a point and changing it to a polygon. With this enhancement you can now easily change geotype and the group that the source is assigned to. Please, let us know what you think.

Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted. We've been busy testing our android and IOS mobile devices getting ready for production. We've also added/enhanced many of our tools and workflows. Below is a quick video of catch basin quick treatment, hope you like it.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, we here at VeeMAC would like to give thanks, and take a moment to express just how much we appreciate the encouraging words and support. It’s not an easy task trying to establish customers with no conferences to show our system. We really appreciate the districts that have allowed us to demo VeeMAC and the others that have been corresponding with us via email or phone calls.

Another type of object in the VeeMAC system is a Service Request. A Service Request (SR) can be initialized in the office or in the field, and once entered, will appear on everyone's map. The process to enter a SR begins with a click on the map or by geocoding a specific address. Call attempts can be recorded as a field technician attempts to contact the caller to complete the request. When closing out an SR, it can be tagged to an existing or new mosquito source if necessary.

As with all object types in the VeeMAC system, the map symbology and organization of the data is up to the agency. The picture is the entry screen for Service Requests. Give us a call if you'd like to learn more about the VeeMAC System and how it can benefit your operations.

Introducing VeeMAC Mobile!
We have added another option to the VeeMAC system that provides access to many of VeeMAC's work flows on a convenient mobile device. Just as with all other nodes in a VeeMAC system, operations and activities are immediately shared throughout the system keeping everyone up-to-date on field operations.
