Ale, where the hell have you been, loca? Well … while I’ve been recovering from spinal surgery and not making art or updating my account for the past month, I have actually been super busy creating all the concert graphics and social media for my a ca****la group, Supreme Chord!
To celebrate the group’s 18th anniversary, the theme of our show and my designs was key changes / milestones around turning 18. I was inspired by yearbooks to create a grid of images of each group member when they were 18 and layered colorful handwritten text and doodles in the margins. I made 30 posts and reels to show behind the scenes content as we prepared for the concert to convince people to come see us, resulting in almost 27k views on Instagram and 175 tickets sold!
Now that the show is over and my recovery period is almost done, I should be posting more on my art account. Just a fun little project and nice reminder that I still use my graphic design background, in case you ever need help on any projects!
