We're seeing an outage on Park rd, impacts territorial near park, north branch and boyer. There is line work in the area so it might be power related.. especially after the storms. We're currently trying to assess the situation.

I need some input from some of you on the Bainbridge modem system and some of you on Danneffel Road as well as Brush Lake Road. If you are having frequent disconnects... and I mean always any time day or night excluding bad weather patterns, I need to know when, how many, what application was having the issue.

There has been EXTENSIVE attention on this for an underlying system issue and we're not finding the cause for some of you. Please be constructive, not combative as I'm sharing this with my team here to also help me with input and troubleshooting. Use the dm feature here so I can keep the conversations separated and not leak private info into a public forum like replying to this message would.

AEP is causing us issues as well with their moving of poles all over southwest Michigan so we'll have to sort out which events might be related to that, it's their ongoing summer project and there is usually no notice.

Car vs pole and car vs pedestal last night, we've got power back and looking at what is still keeping people offline, probably a short in the carnage. We should be back online in Bainbridge (napier, m140, arent and nichols) as soon as the tech replaces some major parts late morning/early afternoon.
