Not a Privilege.

If access to learning depends on money, geography or connections
The system is broken.

As a CEO, I have seen two types of people.

Those who had access.

And those who had hunger.

Guess who wins when both are equal?

Hunger.

The problem is - they are rarely equal.

Talent is everywhere.
Opportunity is not.

A student in a small town with unstable internet
should have the same learning access
as someone sitting in a global tech hub.

A working professional stuck in a support role
should not be blocked from learning SAP, AI, Cloud
because high-quality education is locked behind walls.

Education should not be:
↳ Overpriced
↳ Overcomplicated
↳ Reserved for insiders
↳ Dependent on corporate sponsorship

Education should be:
↳ Accessible
↳ Practical
↳ Industry-aligned
↳ Career-focused
↳ Available when someone decides to change their life

When we say “Learn, Upskill, Succeed”
it is not a slogan.

It’s a business reset disguised as a technical migration.

Let me say something uncomfortable.

Most S/4HANA projects underdeliver
because they’re treated like IT upgrades.

But S/4HANA isn’t ECC with better performance.

It’s a different architecture.
A different data model.
A different operating mindset.

Here’s the real difference:

1. ECC was built for stability.
S/4HANA is built for speed.

2. ECC separated systems.
S/4 embeds intelligence.

3. ECC relied on batch logic.
S/4 runs real-time.

So why do so many migrations disappoint?

Because companies:
↳ Move broken processes faster
↳ Carry 15 years of custom code
↳ Migrate dirty data without archiving
↳ Treat Go Live as the finish line
↳ Ignore clean core principles

And the most dangerous phrase in any program?

“Let’s just do a Technical Conversion.”

That mindset gives you modern software
with legacy thinking.

S/4HANA can:
↳ Close books in hours, not days
↳ Run MRP in real time
↳ Embed analytics into transactions
↳ Support AI-driven decisions

But none of that matters
if business behavior doesn’t change.

Technology-first delivers systems.
Business-first delivers outcomes.

80% of them 1-star.

Recently, I checked ZaranTech’s Trustpilot page...
And noticed something SHOCKING:

- Over 500 new reviews appeared in just a few months.
- Nearly 80% of them were 1-star negative reviews.

Curious, I looked closer:

1. 523 reviews suddenly showed up on our profile.
(We haven’t even had that many trainees actively reviewing us in such a short time!)

2. Many accounts had just 1 review to their name- ours.

3. Reviews flooded in all at once- dozens posted on the same few days
(A huge red flag).

4. They came from far-flung places like Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chennai- cities where we have no operations or customers.
Some even from Canada, South America, and beyond.

5. Multiple reviews shared eerily similar stories (almost like copy-paste).
For example, several claimed “a 6-month course promised a 6 LPA job, but it dragged to 14 months with no placements”.

Conclusion: This was clearly a fake review attack.

We immediately reported the fraudulent reviews to Trustpilot.
Result?
Trustpilot has already removed a large chunk of those bogus reviews (and counting). It’s still a work in progress, but we’re on it.

But here’s the BIG QUESTION: Why?

Why would anyone spend their time and energy:
- Creating fake accounts,
- Posting fake reviews,
- Trying to tear down a company’s reputation?

It’s mind-boggling. I’ve always believed in clapping when others win, not dragging them down.
Because here’s the TRUTH:
"You don’t build success by stepping on others".

To whoever is behind this, I say:
- I hold no grudge.
- I hope you find peace and better purpose.
- And I hope you realize that tearing others down doesn’t lift you up.

Yes, people can be cruel. But that’s OK.
We’ll keep doing what we do best- building, growing & cheering for others along the way.

Here’s why Odoo cannot fully do what SAP does:l
