As a small, family-owned Mexican restaurant, we know how much heart, hard work, and dedication goes into turning a dream into reality. That’s why it was so meaningful for us to celebrate alongside our neighbors as they took this exciting next step.

We’re so happy to see a new space coming to our community where culture, food, entrepreneurship, and community can come together.

Connie’s is both honored and humbled to have hosted the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Wichita Class of 2026 today!

The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce recently selected 33 professionals from across the region for the Leadership Wichita Class of 2026, which started this week.

These community leaders represent a wide range of industries, organizations and perspectives, and will spend the next five months gaining a deeper understanding of the forces shaping the Wichita region, and how they can help contribute to strengthening the future of Wichita.

Connie’s is proud to be a part of the fabric which shapes the Wichita community, and even more proud to be a part of the Leadership Wichita journey. Congratulations to all those selected, and thank you for dedicating your time and thank you for all that you do for the City of Wichita.
