Shout out to Access Audio, Inc. for providing the control package this weekend for passion music at 40𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗳𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰🎶. DiGiCo Quantum 338’s MA Lighting International MA3 for lighting. The Ark Encounter AV team did a great job, as always, getting everything set up and ran a smooth show.

🎚️It’s a common assumption…

“Our speakers must be outdated.”

“We probably need a whole new sound system.”

Sometimes that’s true—but more often than you might think, it’s not.

I’ve worked with churches that have modest systems that sound excellent, and others with significant investments that still struggle with muddy mixes, feedback, or poor speech clarity.

The difference usually isn’t the equipment.

It’s the setup.

That includes things like:
• Speaker coverage
• System tuning
• Gain structure
• Microphone selection
• Wireless coordination
• Console setup

The goal isn’t to make the system LOUDER.

The goal is to make the MESSAGE clearer!

Before replacing your sound system, make sure you’re getting everything you can out of the one you already have.

Just got back from a great run filling in on monitors for The Collingsworth Family’s “Classics & Hymns Tour”.

Mill Creek Productions, LLC set me up for success and made the transition and workflow so easy. 🙏🏻

The Artists and venues may change, but the goals are always the same.

Hey everyone — I’m Zach, and I want to officially announce Loyd Audio!

This is something I’ve been thinking and praying about for a long time. After more than 15 years working in live audio and production, I finally decided to pull the trigger and build something of my own.

Loyd Audio exists to serve churches, venues, and events with excellent, affordable, and reliable audio, video & lighting solutions. We will be offering live event production, audio and video system design and installation, and consulting to help teams get the most out of their spaces and equipment.

This page will be a place to share projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and things I’ve learned along the way. If you have an upcoming event, a system that needs attention, or an idea you’d like to talk through, feel free to reach out. I’m grateful for the support and excited to see where this goes.
