Your rate sheet says yes. Your lender might say no.
A rate sheet tells you what a lender published a while back. It doesn't tell you what that lender is actually doing this week: tighter approvals on a vehicle, a paused program, an underwriter who's gotten more cautious. None of that shows up on paper.
So your go-to lender keeps getting first crack at deals out of habit, not because they're still the right fit. Then the decline comes back and everyone's surprised.
Know the fit before you submit. Not after you get declined.
selectFI tracks how lenders are actually behaving right now, not just what they published months ago.
