Administrative Support

• Coordinate internal communication between departments (production, design, management).
• Track orders, deadlines, and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
Client Services
• Greet customers in person and by phone with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Assist clients with placing orders, understanding product options, and navigating the print process.
• Provide quotes, timelines, and status updates.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
Marketing & Communications
• Support basic marketing activities such as social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assist with maintaining the company website or online ordering platforms.
• Help coordinate small campaigns, seasonal promotions, or community outreach efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency across customer facing materials.
