The best part about this customer spotlight is how ad performance continued to improve throughout the year to achieve results.

What started as 11 conversions/month in the first 3 months ended up as 29 conversions in the last 3.

The ads got more efficient as they scaled. Spend rose about 44% from the first three months to the last three, while conversions grew nearly threefold, so each conversion cost roughly half as much.

Here's something most website providers won't tell you: Google Analytics misses visitors and uses models to estimate rather than provide a 100% mirror of reality.

GA4 works by placing a small piece of code on your website. When someone visits, that code runs in their browser and reports back to Google. The problem is that a visitor's browser gets a vote on whether that happens.

- Ad blockers stop the tracking script from loading at all.
- Privacy-focused browsers like Safari on iPhone and Brave limit or block tracking by default.
- Cookie consent banners mean visitors who click "decline" could disappear from your reports.
- Slow connections and quick exits mean someone can land, look, and leave before the script ever fires.

Every one of those visitors was real. Some of them rented a unit. GA4 just never saw them.

Blocks does it differently. Because host your website, we record activity on our side (the server) when a page is loaded or a form is submitted. There's no script for a browser to block. If someone visits, it counts. If someone starts a rental, it counts. If they bailed halfway through, we count that too.
