The problem was fixed on Saturday afternoon, we will be doing a full follow up and finding out exactly why we had this issue and how we can prevent it in the future

To all our Burble online customers

I would just like to provide an update on the current status of the outage affecting Burble Online.

Unfortunately our international servers went offline in the early hours of Tuesday morning, however, we are making excellent progress towards our goal of bringing them back online.

We are keeping in constant contact with the technicians who have been working non stop unfortunately we still do not have a timeline for completion.

I would like to express my gratitude for your understanding of what has been a difficult time for the Burble team.
