We’re on the lookout for an Inventory Coordinator to join the Novatech team.

This role is all about keeping our gear, systems and stock moving smoothly behind the scenes. From receiving and labelling stock to managing suppliers, returns, deliveries, barcode accuracy and inventory systems, you’ll play a key part in helping our team deliver some of the biggest events in Australia and beyond.

If you have:

✨ Inventory, procurement or warehouse experience
✨ Strong organisation and communication skills
✨ A sharp eye for detail
✨ Confidence working with systems
✨ A current driver’s licence
✨ A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one

If yes, then this might be the role for you!

The show might happen on stage, but it doesn’t happen without the people keeping everything organised behind the curtain.

This June, our team at Novatech have been taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, completing a whole lot of push-ups to help raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia.

Mental wellbeing is so important, especially in industries where the pressures are high, and this is one small way we can support a much bigger conversation.

We’re now halfway through with a whopping 11,466 push-ups completed so far! Well done team 👏

In 2021, Illuminate Adelaide launched its inaugural event with the signature project in the Adelaide Botanic Garden, Light Cycles by Moment Factory.

Across the gardens, audiences moved through a series of unique installations over a 2km pathway with a network of lighting, video, lasers and multichannel audio enhancing the magic of the story telling by Moment Factory in their first Australian venture.

It was ambitious. It was beautiful. And occasionally at the mercy of the Adelaide weather, but it helped set the tone for what Illuminate Adelaide would become in years ahead.

Four years on, we still love seeing these landmark spaces transformed into something surreal, unexpected and completely unforgettable.

Vivid Sydney is lighting up the harbour city once again, and it has us flashing back to the Chatswood Concourse activation from a years back.

Engaged by Willoughby City Council, we provided full projection mapping, transforming the L-shaped aluminium-clad building into a large-scale canvas.

Using a fleet of high-powered Barco projectors, custom weatherproofed projection towers from Nexstage Staging & Rigging Technologies Pty Ltd, Disguise media servers and L-Acoustics SYVA audio, the activation delivered projection-mapped content across the five-week festival period.

With creative content developed by Limelight Academy Masterclass, the project brought together technology, design and storytelling to create a striking experience for the thousands of visitors.

Last year, we were proud to begin our partnership with Bangarra Dance Theatre on their Illume National Tour, supporting a visually powerful production that travelled across the country. As you can see from the footage, it was truly a magical experience for the audience.

This year, we’re thrilled to be back on the road with Bangarra, proudly supporting their 2026 Season performance of Sheltering as it begins in Sydney this week before making its way across Australia.

If you experienced Illume last year, you’ll know how incredible Bangarra’s work is on stage. And if you missed it, Sheltering is one to add to your calendar.

A beautiful new production from one of Australia’s leading performing arts companies, Sheltering brings together movement, storytelling and cultural expression in a way only Bangarra can.

We’re proud to play a part in the technical elements of this national tour and can’t wait for audiences across the country to experience it.

We’re looking for our next Operations & Rostering legend at Novatech.

As our event calendar continues to grow, this role will help coordinate the people, schedules, travel, logistics and behind-the-scenes details that keep some of Australia’s biggest concerts, festivals, sporting events and live experiences running smoothly.

With an epic laser and lighting show paired with crystal-clear audio delivered straight through headsets, the tunes were pumping all night without disturbing the neighbours 😉

Saturday night for the RFDS Wings for Life Ball 2026 🎲

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena was entirely transformed for the Get Your Game On theme, with dynamic content featured across six LED screens creating a full-scale immersive boardgame experience from the moment guests stepped through the doors.

Always a pleasure working alongside our friends at The Creative Hustle, Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT and the many suppliers and crews that helped bring the night together in support of worthy cause.

A huge thank you to all our partners for working with us again this year to deliver another epic edition of Wings for Life, and of course to our wider team for providing exceptional experiences to our clients.
