A DDOS (aka targeted attack) on one of our providers was the cause of the phone system interruptions. Services are 95% working, with a few systems experiencing minor issues like failed calls or devices not registering. Reboot your device, it fixes many cases, but we expect a few more minor disruptions over the next 24/48 hrs

Are you running your business on a ###@iprimus.com.au email address? You have till the 8th of May to transfer it to "The Messaging Company" - which is a fire to frying pan scenario - OR - you can talk to KPTech and setup a business email system using Microsoft 365 with your own business domain name and more control and security! (This will eventually apply to those using bigpond, optus and any other internet providers email service!)

Datto Workplace (aka Fusion) is experiencing file issues when opening. Kaseya (who own Datto) have announced they are investigating. (copied below)

It has not impacted all our clients, only a select few at this stage.. KPTech included!

We are investigating an issue impacting AU5 partners where some DWP Report Files are not opening in browser or agent. Other regions are not affected.
