When you're welcoming the world to Western Australia, you put your best foot forward. Recently, we had the privilege of supporting Business Events Perth as they welcomed international delegates to Optus Stadium for the Mandarin Travel China Corporate Famil Dinner.

The brief was to set the mood just right, creating an experience that felt distinctly Western Australian. One where the visuals, lighting and atmosphere worked together to delight guests, while allowing the venue, the conversations, and the evening itself to shine.

Working in the Victory Lounge, we used stunning WA imagery across five digital pillars, then extended that same content through Astera lighting using Millumin. The result was a subtle visual thread that connected the room, gently immersing guests in the landscapes of our state.

The evening was further grounded in local culture through a Welcome to Country by Olman Walley on didgeridoo, alongside Xueyan Chen on guzheng. Bringing together First Nations and traditional Chinese music created a thoughtful connection between cultures, offering the Mandarin delegation a uniquely Western Australian welcome.

The night of nights for tennis in WA 🎾✨ And the room rose to the occasion.

From the multimedia and media wall branding to illuminated table light boxes and striking blue lighting, every element worked together to create a cohesive experience that celebrated Tennis West and the people behind it.

We were also proud to sponsor and present two awards recognising excellence in coaching, a celebration of those helping shape the future of tennis in our state.

Getting to work with Reconciliation WA during National Reconciliation Week is always an honour.

This year, their commemorative event took place at Optus Stadium under the theme All In — a call for all Australians to wholeheartedly commit to reconciliation each day, treating it not as a spectator sport, but as something we can each actively engage in to create meaningful change.

$320K raised in the fight against cystic fibrosis, the largest result in Conquer Cystic Fibrosis’s 24-year history ❤️

Recently, we had the privilege of supporting the 2026 CCF Ball, helping bring together the audio, vision, lighting and production for an evening dedicated to raising vital funds through the work of this incredible 100% volunteer-run charity.

For nights like these, our role is simple: create a seamless experience behind the scenes so organisers can focus on their guests, their community, and the impact they’re there to make.

We’re incredibly grateful to have played a part in such a meaningful evening, and thankful to the CCF team for trusting us to help bring it all together.
