Position: Head of Medical Scribe Operations
The ideal candidate will take ownership of launching and managing the Medical Scribe department, including operations, recruitment, training, workflow development, quality assurance, and client coordination.
We are seeking someone who understands healthcare documentation standards and has the leadership capability to build a high-performing team and operation from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and lead the Medical Scribe department and operational structure
• Develop SOPs, workflows, quality standards, and documentation processes
• Recruit, train, and manage Medical Scribes and team leads
• Design onboarding and continuous training programs
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, productivity, and service quality
• Coordinate with international healthcare providers and clients
• Implement performance metrics and reporting systems
• Identify business growth opportunities and scalability plans
• Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements
• Proven experience in Medical Scribe operations, healthcare BPO, or clinical documentation services
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, EHR systems, and healthcare workflows
• Experience managing teams and operational processes
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build systems and processes independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience working with US healthcare systems or providers will be highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree, BBA and CSE will get preference. Experience in launching or scaling healthcare support operations
• Candidates with experience from Augmedix will get preference
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare quality standards
• Training and workforce development experience
