AI in farming: the good, the bad and the ugly. 🚀

Good: it reads weather, soil and pest data faster than you can, so you catch problems days earlier.

Bad: it makes mistakes, and farm mistakes cost real money.

Ugly: the mistake nobody notices until harvest. An AI error is a bad day. Blind trust in AI is a bad season.

We test new features on real farms before they reach yours (our CEO farms, and his fields go first). And when a farmer tells us a recommendation didn't match what they saw in the field, that feedback is how the product gets better.

That's why every AI feature in Farmable is a suggestion you can see through and edit. Your farm, your call. 🌱

How are you thinking about AI on your farm? We'd genuinely like to know. ⬇

40 hours of audit paperwork. Replaced in three clicks. 👀
Most growers spend weeks before an audit pulling records together — spray logs in one binder, fertilizer notes in another, field maps that haven’t been updated in years.

We call it the Three-Click Audit. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Map your fields: draw boundaries, assign crops, organise your operation digitally
2️⃣ Track activities: every spray, fertilizer application and treatment logged with GPS and chemical alerts built in
3️⃣ Export reports: one click generates GlobalG.A.P. compliant documentation, ready for your auditor.

No filing cabinets. No last-minute scrambles. No hoping you wrote something down six months ago.

Your records stay organised because the system does it for you — as you work. 🌱

Start simplifying your audit prep with Farmable.

🇬🇧 Something we’ve been quietly building is now live.

How many tabs do you usually have open when you need to check an EPPO code, look up a pest, or find approved applications for a crop? We’ve been there.

Finding agronomic information shouldn’t feel like a research project.
That’s why we built the Farmable Agronomy Hub — one place where growers, advisors and producer organizations can find what they need faster.

It brings together everything you need:
➡ EPPO codes.
🌾 Crop information and BBCH growth stages.
🐛 Pests and diseases.
✅ Approved plant protection applications.

No more switching between tabs. No login required. Just the information you need, when you need it.

Currently available for the German market and we’re already working on expanding it to more markets and languages. We’re just getting started. 🌱

🚜 In case you missed it, BBCH & EPPO codes are already in Farmable!

Two industry standards are built directly into the app:

🌱 BBCH growth stages: a standardized way to track your crop from early development through to harvest.
🔢 EPPO codes: official identifiers for crops, pests and diseases used by agronomists and authorities worldwide.

What does this mean for you?

✅ More precise crop monitoring
✅ Clearer pest and disease records
✅ Spray reports that are audit-ready from day one.

Better records in the field = better decisions later. 📊

We're excited to introduce our latest feature: Enterprise Notes, now available on Farmable Enterprise. 🚀
Keeping track of what's happening across multiple farms has never been easier. With Enterprise Notes, farms can share field observations and monitoring updates directly with their advisor or cooperative, all in one place, in real time.
No more scattered messages. No more missed updates. Just clear, organized, and shared field insights that help everyone stay aligned and make faster decisions.
Here's what's new:
🗒 Farms can log and share monitoring notes directly from the app.
✅ Advisors and cooperatives get full visibility across their entire network.
🚜 Real-time updates, always in the loop, no matter where you are.

We built this feature because we know that great farming starts with great communication. And there's more to come.

Last week, the Farmable team came together in our Valencia office for a workshop and it reminded us just how powerful it is to be in the same room. 🌱

When you work across different countries, getting together in person unlocks something special. Ideas flow differently, conversations go deeper, and what comes out is not just improvements to processes, but real, meaningful progress on the product itself.

Working with a team that is sharp, passionate, and truly focused on the needs of farmers is something we don't take for granted. It's a privilege.
This workshop brought a lot of exciting new developments to the table, things we're already working on and can't wait to share with our farmers, and with those who will join us along the way. 🚀

And of course, no team gathering would be complete without a little fun. The pictures speak for themselves. 🏎😄
More updates coming soon. Stay tuned!

Labor challenges are real across agriculture, but some farms are still attracting and keeping good people. What’s working isn’t flashy. It’s clarity, communication, and systems that make daily work easier.

Clear expectations, simple task tracking, and consistent check-ins help crews feel supported during long days and busy seasons. When roles, hours, and records are easy to manage, operations run smoother and people are more likely to stay and come back next year.

That’s the kind of day-to-day structure Farmable is built to support.
