🌀 “What would you do if you weren’t afraid?”

💡On May 6, as part of the Arcadia Training4Life program, we explored together the Labyrinth of Change - what holds us back, what resources we have, and how to take that first step forward.

📖Using the classic story “Who Moved My Cheese?”, psychologist Loredana Iacob guided us through a session on resistance, fear, and adaptation.

🌱Because, more often than not, it is only the fear of change that is holding us back from achieving our full potential.

Everyone has an opinion on the EU AI Act. Too strict. Not strict enough. Both at once, somehow.

💡We invited our colleague Elena Spinachi to speak about her passion project, and we discovered something surprising. Many people are still actively pursuing career transitions into IT, particularly into roles like Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Product Manager.
💚These are positions involving to a higher degree skills that no algorithm can replace: human judgment, empathy, and collaboration.

🎁Secret Santa for Real #10 – "Cutia cu papucei pentru ei"
For us, winter means warmth, lights, the smell of Christmas cookies, and that feeling of home. For some children, however, it means cold, challenging walks to school, and frozen feet because they don't have proper boots.
For this reason, we wanted to help bring the true magic of Christmas for some of the children in villages around Iasi. We reached the wonderful people at Jassyro Specialty Coffee and asked them if we could join their Santa for Real campaign, coordinated by Colegiul Sfântul Nicolae, that aims to bring warmth and joy to children who want just that: a pair of boots and, perhaps, a toy or a book.
With support from our teammates, we managed to fulfill most items on the Santa letters for 22 children aged 5 to 14, helping bring a bit of extra joy to their Holiday season.
🙏We’re deeply grateful to everyone who contributed time and resources to make this possible, as well as to the Jassyro and "Colegiul Sfantul Nicolae" volunteers who are in the business of doing miracles year after year.
