We're excited to announce that Steve Price has joined the company as President of Ten-X, our digital commercial real estate action platform.

Price brings extensive knowledge of the online real estate auction sector to our Ten-X team, with 12 years in senior leadership roles at Auction.com, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Foreclosure Auction Services.

As President of Ten-X, Price will build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive organizational structure. Known for his data-informed decision-making, Steve will ensure sales, service quality, marketing, and product performance consistently meet and surpass established benchmarks.

📍Hosted a Backpack Drive in Atlanta, where we packed 1,000 backpacks to support For the Kid in All of Us.
📍Hosted a Backpack Drive in Arlington, where we packed 1,300 backpacks for kids in the community.
📍Served meals to families and patients who need to be close to the hospital, and gave them a sense of home with Doorways in Richmond
📍UK Property Cup handed over a cheque to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research following a high-quality and ultra-competitive tournament where CoStar Group employees participated in the tournament and CoStar News was the media sponsor

Foundry Park's art curator Caroline Wright built the entire art collection from scratch.

She spoke to us about how every piece was intentionally chosen to align with CoStar Group values and inspire our people as they move through Foundry Park, whether it's colleagues between meetings, recruiters connecting with future talent, or clients visiting the space. Congrats to Franck Aparisi for being named our Photo of the Month winner for the second time this year!

We spoke to him about how he captured this iconic shot. ➡️ "To capture the 'Best Elevated View' of the iconic Vasarely Foundation, timing and elevation were everything. I positioned myself in the afternoon to get the sun directly behind me, which brought out the rich colors and sharp contrasts of the optical art facade. Gaining just enough altitude allowed me to perfectly align the building, its reflection in the circular basin, and the Sainte-Victoire mountain anchored in the background."

Congratulations to Architectural Photographer Joe Kirsch for being named one of our Photo of the Month winners. Joe captured this stunning photo during sunset at the Chicago Market in Northbrook, IL. For the past three years, Joe's eye for detail and exceptional photography skills have helped him capture the best content to showcase clients' properties.

"The photo of the month shot I captured in June was a building that I had passed by a number of times on my way home from other media shoots. The building itself is rather eye catching with large nature themed murals painted on every facade. I decided I would head over at sunset one evening knowing a decent sunset would compliment the colors used in the murals quite nicely. When I arrived I was blessed with a blue sky that filled with beautiful pastel pink clouds that ended up complimenting the mural perfectly. As a photographer you don’t always have the most ideal conditions but it is especially rewarding when a vision comes together just the way you imagined."
