Every color, every bird photo, every design choice you see came out of real research. Competitive analysis. Consumer profiling. Planogram renderings showing how the packaging would sit next to competitors on an actual shelf.
For the Song of America rebrand, we built 18 bag designs across 6 distinct looks to help customers tell 66 different blends apart. We redesigned the logo, added a user journey chart, and built a handle directly into the bag.
72 printing plates later, this is what landed on shelves at Ace Hardware stores across the country.

Nobody plans to buy carpet pad. It's just not something people think about.
So we designed something that made them stop and think about it anyway. This sample kit put real cushion samples, product info, and even an audio button right in the customer's hands, in the aisle, at exactly the right moment.
