AI is everywhere right now. But "impressive" doesn't mean useful.

BlueFletch CEO Richard Makerson shares why every technology decision should start with the customer's problem, not the product.

Most enterprise security was built for desk workers with dedicated devices and time to deal with password prompts.

Frontline workers don't have that luxury. When security slows them down, they find workarounds: shared passwords, skipped logins, sessions left open between shifts.

That's a design problem. Security has to work at the speed of the frontline or it creates more risk than it prevents.

New Frontline Mobility Edge episode: Brett Cooper talks with Dipesh Hinduja from Stratix Corporation about the state of enterprise MDM in 2026.

BYOD is fading, mixed device fleets are growing, and the "MDM is a commodity" take only holds at the surface level. The operational burden of managing thousands of frontline devices (2 AM change windows, testing before deployment, being ready to support at 6 AM when stores open) is where the real differentiation lives.

Worth a listen if you're making platform decisions this year.

Brett sat down with Justin Griffith, CTO of StayLinked, to talk AI at the edge: what's actually working, what's burning through batteries, and why the integration problem hasn't gotten any easier.

This one gets into the real trade-offs frontline operations deal with every day.

is off to a great start!

Our team has been connecting with partners, getting hands on the latest rugged devices and checking out what's next in warehouse automation.

We wrapped the evening at Flight Club with darts, great food and conversations with the people building the future of frontline mobility.

We're here all week at Booth A2529. Come say hi if you're at the show!

Your warehouse labels are producing more operational data than most dashboards can keep up with.

Brett Cooper talks with Dan Quagliana about why RFID is hitting mainstream adoption, how new food safety and EU regulations are forcing supply chain visibility, and what it actually costs to get started (less than you'd think).

Your frontline associates are sharing devices every shift. The question is: are they also sharing login credentials?

The BlueFletch Enterprise Launcher handles authentication at the device level and automatically logs users out when they switch devices. One less security gap to worry about.

The "robots will replace everyone" narrative in warehousing has had a reality check.

In our latest podcast episode, Brett Cooper talks with Zebra's Wes Coleman about what's actually working in warehouse technology and what's still years away.

The takeaway: augment your people first, automate the constraint, and get your data right before layering on AI. Companies that skip those steps are the ones struggling.

Some standout moments: AI that coaches new supervisors in real time, voice technology that no longer takes 90 days to learn, and the honest admission that humanoid warehouse robots probably don't need legs.

The best enterprise device is the one your workers forget they're carrying.

We just published our review of the Honeywell CT32. It's slick enough to handle all your apps and software needs, rugged enough for a warehouse floor, and slim enough for a nurse's scrub pocket.
