Your Opening Week energy WILL fade.
That isn't a problem. It's normal.
The mistake is relying on that initial excitement to carry families through the rest of the season.
Long-term engagement is built through consistent, smaller touchpoints.
Show parents the progress they can't see from the waiting room.
Give students milestones to look forward to before recital.
Keep the personal touches going after everyone has settled in.
Share the everyday moments that remind families what they're part of.
And make sure the only time they hear from your studio isn't when you need a payment, form or costume measurement.
None of this requires another huge event on your calendar.
It requires intentionally giving families reasons throughout the season to think:
“I'm so glad we chose this studio.”
Save this one and use it when you're mapping out your season.
