The audience saw a recital.
You saw every late night, every problem that needed solving, every moment you wondered if it was all going to come together.
You carried the things nobody else saw.
The schedule changes.
The staffing challenges.
The costume delays.
The endless questions.
The pressure of knowing that if something went wrong, it would land on your shoulders.
And yet when the lights came up, none of that mattered.
Because the dancers felt proud.
The families felt emotional.
The audience felt inspired.
And for a few hours, all anyone saw was the magic.
That's the strange thing about what we do.
When we've done our job well, nobody sees the work.
They only see the result.
So before you move on to next season, take a moment to appreciate what happened.
Not just the recital.
What it took to create it.
❤️
You built that.
