ARRC Technology

ARRC Technology ARRC Technology, a five-time listed INC 5000 company and twice listed top world 100 MSPs, is a succe Communications is often the lifeblood of a company.

ARRC Technology is a managed service provider based in the Bakersfield, CA area. We design and manage technology projects beginning with the cabling and infrastructure, the computer workstations and network, and ending with communications and phone systems. But really you can’t understand us unless you understand what motivates us, what gets us out of bed every morning and ready to take on the nex

t challenge: our customers. In the story of our company, our customer is the true hero and we base everything around making sure they win the day. In general, the foundation of our customer base are small and medium-sized businesses that range from CPAs to transportation companies and even medical facilities. We understand that each and every one of our clients have something essential to contribute to the communities where they serve and that the last thing they need to worry about is a server going down or an update that needs to be made to keep them running. Whether it be hardware or software solutions, our services make sure that they have one less thing to worry about—or sometimes dozens—so that they can get to what they do best and grow. In a world where cyber threats lurk at every corner, we don’t want people paranoid: we want them to be prepared. But how can you defend against an enemy that you don’t even know exists? That’s why we have both premade and custom solutions to defend against the ever-growing, faceless threats or even to repair the damage if an attack has already taken place. Our philosophy is simple: when our customers grow thanks to us, we grow along with them. In fact, the proof that our entire staff believes that is in the results. For example, we are a seven-time listing in Incmagazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. That isn’t something that just happens, that is the direct result of a growing number of companies that trust us with their IT needs. Trust is something that is earned and we understand it can be lost a lot easier than it’s received. We treat each customer as if their needs are as urgent as our own. At the heart of what we do is known in the industry as being a Managed Services Provider. That means that we get you set up on day-1 and guarantee uptime. Whenever there is any sort of issue, we fight your battles for you. If your company has its own IT system in place, we offer cybersecurity services to make sure that all the investment and hard work you put into your systems on a regular basis stays intact. After all, just a small leak can end up costing your company in ransomware, new hardware or software, reduced productivity or even financial liability. How can your customers call in orders or your employees be able to engage if you don’t have a reliable communications system in place? That’s why we offer planning, installation and maintenance of voice and data cabling systems. Lastly, if you don’t have an online presence, you don’t exist to potential customers. Whether you’re starting from scratch with a company website, need help reaching your target audience or just need upkeep, ARRC Technology is ready and waiting to share our experience and knowhow. But in all honesty, the worst people to ask about a company is the company itself. Why not hear what our long-time customers have to say?

Without an estimate, it is difficult to know what that risk really looks like financially.

Your business has cyber insurance.

But does it have the documentation to support a claim?

If an incident happened today, could your team show:

When it was detected?
How quickly it was escalated?
What actions were taken to contain it?

For business leaders, those answers could become important when an insurer reviews the claim.

Would your records prove what your team did, or would everyone be trying to remember what happened?

👉 Read our latest blog to understand why cyber incident documentation should be part of your insurance readiness strategy.

You paid for cyber insurance.
You followed the application process.
You believe your business is covered.

But could you prove your security controls were working on the day of a cyberattack?

Insurers may look beyond whether you have MFA, backups, endpoint protection, and monitoring. They may also want proof those protections were properly configured, maintained, and monitored.

Sometimes, the security measure you assume is covered is where a costly gap can exist.

Our latest blog breaks down the cyber insurance requirements businesses often overlook and what you should be checking now.

The meeting was almost over when someone asked one question nobody had an answer for.

The team had discussed revenue.
Expenses were covered.
Growth plans were clear.

Then someone asked:

“If our operations were interrupted tomorrow, what would it actually cost us?”

Silence.

Not because the team was unprepared.

It was simply a number they had never calculated.

The Cyber Risk Calculator helps leaders explore that potential financial impact and bring another useful number into business planning.

Could your team answer that question today?
