Hey All in One SEO - AIOSEO, let’s talk about how your cancellation process is just an illusion and how you charged me $749 for a renewal I actively tried to stop.

A few weeks ago, I got a reminder email about my upcoming renewal. Since I no longer found AIOSEO useful, I decided to cancel. I logged into my account, fought through the endless “Are you sure?” screens, and ultimately hit an error message.

Fine. I went back, deleted my billing info, and thought that was the end of it.

Except… on February 23rd, you still charged me $749.

When I reached out, your support team offered to help, but instead of doing the right thing and refunding me fully, you offered a partial refund minus a 10% "administrative fee."

So let me get this straight:
🔹 I cancel.
🔹 Your system fails.
🔹 You charge me anyway.
🔹 You keep 10% of my money for your mistake.

That’s not a refund, that’s a ransom.

If your business model relies on trapping customers in a broken cancellation process, that says a lot about the confidence you have in your product. AIOSEO, do the right thing: Refund me in full.
