Would your employees recognize a phishing email before clicking?

Cybercriminals don’t always need sophisticated tools to get into a business. Sometimes, all it takes is one convincing email.

Here are 3 warning signs your team shouldn’t ignore:

🚩 Unexpected requests: An email asking you to reset a password, share sensitive information, or approve a payment you weren’t expecting.

🚩 A sense of urgency: Messages pressuring you to act immediately before you have time to verify the request.

🚩 Suspicious links or senders: Email addresses and links that look legitimate at first glance but don’t match the organization they claim to represent.

This Cybersecurity Awareness Month, take a moment to ask: Would everyone on your team know what to do?

When in doubt, verify requests through a trusted channel before clicking or sharing information, and report anything suspicious to your IT team.
