Today is the last day of our summer interns, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the time, talent, and energy they’ve shared with People Driven.
Bailey brought curiosity and care to our HR team, supporting onboarding, recruiting, payroll, employee data, and HR systems. Over the course of the internship, Bailey grew from feeling new to taking initiative, asking thoughtful questions, and becoming a more confident and capable teammate.
Connor made meaningful contributions across accounting, finance, and billing, supporting reconciliations and month-end close while also digging into cost savings and improving the accuracy of fixed-asset reporting. Connor’s thoughtful approach, willingness to question processes, and balance of diligence and efficiency stood out.
Noah turned complex customer data into clear, useful insights by performing CVE and firmware reviews, analyzing alert activity, and building reusable Excel and Python-based reporting tools. Noah grew both technically and in confidence, learning how to translate data into findings that benefit customers and the team.
Together, Bailey, Connor, and Noah brought different strengths, perspectives, and energy to PDT. Thank you for your hard work, curiosity, and willingness to jump in and contribute. We’re proud of how much you grew and the impact you made, and we can’t wait to see what you do next.
