Hi, I’m Brent and my company is Crafted Networks. I’ve lived in the Tryon/Columbus area all my life.
For more than four years, I’ve been helping businesses in Polk County, Hendersonville, and Spartanburg solve their IT problems and build technology that actually works.
I have 23+ years of enterprise-level IT experience designing products and networks, managing databases and websites, building phone systems, installing cameras, securing business networks, and supporting office technology.
And one of my favorite things to do?
Turn a spaghetti-filled wiring closet into something everyone’s actually proud to look at!
Before starting my own business, I worked with organizations including Michelin, Windstream Enterprise, and Amazon.
For over eight years at Amazon, I ran everything to do with IT / computers / servers / networks in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and managed a team of 26 Engineers/Techs.
Along the way, I’ve designed and deployed enterprise products and networks, connected military installations and college campuses, built secure connections between hospitals, designed and supported business phone and data systems, and worked on highly specialized telecommunications projects for Homeland Security.
Today, I bring that same enterprise-level experience to small and midsize businesses right here at home.
I’m not a part-time “IT guy”.
This is what I do.
I live and breathe business technology, cybersecurity, reliability, productivity, and keeping your systems running when you need them.
Whether you need help with Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity, business networks and Wi-Fi, computers and servers, cameras and access systems, business phone systems, backups and disaster recovery, network closets and structured cabling, or ongoing IT support, I can help.
My goal is simple: Give local businesses access to the kind of technology, security, and reliability that large enterprises have been using for years, without needing a giant IT department.
I’m proud to live and work in this community, and I’d love the opportunity to help your business.
