The No Reserve Podcast is back with a new episode (and a new look)!

Tim and Andy recently headed to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to visit Leon Stoltzfus of PA Auction Center. Leon shares how his father bought the business in 2008 and spent five difficult years in the red before Leon joined in 2012 and they started building something that actually worked.

From a struggling start to a five-auction-per-month operation running variety sales, restaurant equipment, fi****ms, and tools and equipment out of a 140,000 sq. ft. facility with 35 full-time employees, Leon's story is one of consistency, systems, and deep roots in a community where auction culture is genuinely part of the fabric.

The Jake Horney Memorial Award is one of the VAA’s highest honors, recognizing dedication, leadership, and service to the auction profession. It celebrates individuals who have made a lasting impact on the industry, often behind the scenes, with integrity and a true commitment to moving the profession forward.

What made it even more special: the award was presented by John Nicholls of Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, our very first BidWrangler client. A full-circle moment and a reminder of how far this journey has come.

BidWrangler now has multi-par!

We’ve spent the last year building a system that’s fast, stable, and easy for bidders to understand, and it’s already being used in the field. Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, Inc. ran a multi-par auction on our platform and sold 1,600 acres of land for $10,175,000. And Dudley Resources recently sold 220 acres for $1,966,250 using our system!
