AI is changing how consumers get financial guidance. So what does that mean for the role of the banker, and how financial institutions market themselves?

Andrew explains that simply promising “personalized service” isn’t enough anymore. Customers are arriving with more information, clearer expectations, and, increasingly, AI-generated answers already in hand. The opportunity for financial institutions is to demonstrate the value their people can add beyond that starting point.

Our team makes waves in more ways than one. 🌊 A huge congratulations to our copywriter James Walsh, who completed the Maggie Fischer Memorial Cross Bay Swim, a 5.6-mile open-water trek across the Great South Bay.

It’s an incredible feat on its own, made even more meaningful by the cause behind it. Through the swim, James raised more than $1,000 for Hospice Care Network’s Children and Family Bereavement Program, which supports children and families navigating loss.
