And just like that… this door is officially online. 🔥

Today we wrapped up the new UniFi Access control installation at Lost in the Float, bringing secure and streamlined 24/7 access one step closer to reality.

This setup included:

✔️ Mag Lock Installation
✔️ Door Position Sensor
✔️ Firmware Updates & System Configuration
✔️ Testing, tuning, and final commissioning

Levi has been involved every step of the way — learning the system, helping with the install, understanding the logic behind the setup, and building something that truly fits the future vision of the business.

Little Sunday project update from Lost in the Float. 👀🔥

Right now we’re in the final stages of bringing this new Ubiquiti access control system online.

Firmware updates are currently rolling through on the UniFi Access Single Door Controller along with both the interior and exterior readers while we wait on Levi to make a parts run so we can finish installing the mag lock and door position sensor.

Once those final pieces are in, this door will officially be complete. 💪

This is the part people don’t always see behind the scenes with access control and automation projects. It’s not just mounting hardware and walking away. It’s firmware updates, tuning, testing, wiring, integrations, safety checks, door behavior, unlock timing, fail safe operation, and making sure everything works reliably for the customer experience long term.

Huge shoutout again to Levi for being hands-on through this entire process and learning the system right alongside us. That collaborative mindset is exactly why projects like this turn out so good.

This project has honestly been one of the best examples of what collaboration between small businesses should look like.

What started as simple conversations about 24/7 member access, security, automation, and business growth turned into a real vision. Now we’re in the final stretch bringing it all to life together.

Today was one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do at SAINT.

Not because we were just installing technology…

What started as casual conversations between Levi and our team about access control, automation, and 24/7 member access slowly turned into a vision. Today that vision is becoming reality.
