"USPS: your package is on hold, update your address here." You weren't even expecting a package.

The FTC says it's seeing more scams that start with a text like that, along with fake toll bills and "did you approve this purchase?" messages. Their advice is short: don't tap the link and don't reply. If you think it might be real, go to the company's website or call a number you already know, not the one in the text. You can also forward it to 7726 (SPAM) so your carrier can block more like it.

The whole office can’t send mail: start with the desk, (531) 625-2111. One person is sending mail they didn’t write, or a wire left on a new account: incident line, (531) 625-2113. Same company. Different problem. Don’t wait overnight on the second one to be polite.

New office, new Wi-Fi, a door system, a pile of laptops. If you already have an IT person, they should not have to referee three contractors. Co-managed can include the project while they keep day-to-day. Scope gets written down. No surprise “while we were there” invoice as a personality trait. Contact page if you want to scope it.

Ask whoever runs Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to look for a rule that forwards mail outside the company. It takes longer to explain than to check. If you find one nobody made on purpose, stop and call (531) 625-2113. Don’t delete the evidence in a panic.
