A little smoke, a little sparkle, and a whole lot of fun. 🔥 🌟

We had such a great time at the Summer Tenant Appreciation Happy Hour and Signature Cocktail Competition!

Introducing Pop Smoke! A smoky mezcal pomegranate margarita, served with star-shaped coconut milk ice and a playful Pop Rocks rim. Sweet, smoky, creamy, and just unexpected enough to keep things interesting.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, tried our cocktail, and shared a toast with us. We loved spending the evening with our fellow Houston Design Center tenants and celebrating the creative community we’re so fortunate to be part of.

Today’s CEU — Designing for Tech: Planning Smart Home Infrastructure — was all about helping architects, builders, and designers create homes that feel seamless, beautiful, and actually work the way families live.

Because hidden wiring, proper lighting design, strong Wi-Fi, shades and drapes, security, and integration? That should be part of the blueprint; not a last minute panic.
