Initially, Ethic Tech's deliverables related primarily to IT solutions and services. In January of 2016, Ethic Tech expanded to include BOS services with the hiring of Michael Saylor, who is a seasoned veteran in the Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) arena. Ethic Tech will have a strong discriminator in the BOS market due to our close relationships with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), large and small businesses, and customers associated with Department of Defense (DoD) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and Civil Engineering agencies.
