Freedom isn't free, and safety doesn't take a holiday.

While backyard barbecues and fireworks displays are in full swing, volunteer firefighters across the country stand ready to answer the call. At a moment's notice, they may leave their own families, celebrations, and traditions behind to help a neighbor in need. Most will never ask for recognition. They simply answer when the pager sounds.
Tonight, as we celebrate 250 years of our nation's independence, we also recognize the men and women who sacrifice so the rest of us can enjoy ours safely.
To every firefighter, EMT, law enforcement officer, dispatcher, and first responder working or standing by this Fourth of July: THANK YOU for protecting the moments that bring us together.
In honor of our nations 250th Birthday, we will be closed July 3rd & 4th to allow our personnel to celebrate the nations milestone.

As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to express what an honor it has been to support you and your team. We look forward to continuing our partnership and helping you achieve even greater success in 2026.
In observance of the upcoming holidays, our offices will be closed on:
• New Year’s Eve: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
• New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Tomorrow Tues. 11/4/2025 is Election DAY - Cities, Townships and Villages may be getting new elected officials - Fire & EMS Levies may or may not pass. Everyone should exercise the right to vote and support the candidate or issue of your choice. The out come is important and the results may mean some agencies will have to consider how to move forward without needed funding.
Fire & EMS agencies it is the time to get your facts together and be prepared to provide information to the new people elected to office so they can make an informed decision about your agency going forward.
Be safe - go VOTE and as the results come in remember the outcomes may affect your community going forward for years to come.
