AGAIN WE REMIND YOU...DON'T CLICK ON ANY LINKS OR DOCUMENTS IN EMAIL THAT YOU ARE NOT EXPECTING WITHOUT INVESTIGATING FIRST! We had a customer with 1 employee to respond to a bogus email that they thought was legit and ended up getting their email hacked and sending out email password stealers. If you get any email with a file attached and the password for the file is in the same email... IT IS BOGUS. DO NOT OPEN THE FILE OR ENTER THE PASSWORD OR YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD. If in doubt, call SOS Systems to train your employees on knowing the difference in legit and bogus emails! We are in Business to keep YOU in Business!
