Another very satisfying network rack cleanup today, with equipment upgrade for a client of ours. It’s always worth taking the extra time to do things right, and leave things better than we found them.

SPAM ALERT!

This one wasnt even a very good attempt at being a legitimate invoice. Its good practice to look for signs of fake or phishing messages, including attachements such as this. Some easy ways to tell this was not legit:

1. Email address it was sent from was [email protected]. Any legitimate company request will NOT come from a free mail service such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc.

2. No branding of any kind or logo on the document.

3. Spelling/grammar issues thruought the document.

4. Telephone number not clearly typed out and also not likely a toll free number that would match any legitimate business phone number.

Always keep your eyes open and question any suspicious messages that come your way. If you need another opinion or if you just arent sure if your message was legit or not, reach out to us as we are always happy to help review them!

We are thankful for YOU, our awesome friends and clients!

Reminder that we will be CLOSED for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday November 28th and Friday November 29th. Hope you are able to enjoy lots of time with family and friends reflecting on all we have to be thankful for.

Another network rack cleanup project in the books! This client contacted us to clean up this office space and organize their network equipment, which we were happy to do!

New network rack- wall mounted up high and out of the way. New network switch, POE security cameras, battery backup UPS, patch panel, patch cables and cable organization. Moved all Comcast equipment into the rack and tucked away everything neat and tidy!

We minimized downtime for the client by moving work station cables one at a time so nobody was without the ability to connect and continue to work.

Thankful and proud to leave them with a neat, clean, organized solution in their business!

It’s been a week of networking so far! One rack was moved as a temporary setup for a client remodeling, and the other is a renovation with all new wiring and equipment.
