What a night! ✨

San Francisco City Hall was a stunning backdrop for Summit After Dark, with music, great food, and conversations that carried on well into the evening. After a full day of learning, it was a chance to share dinner, catch up with friends, and get to know new faces in a beautiful space.

Standing-room-only energy at Summit’s breakout sessions today. Across the rooms, people dug into agentic AI and litigation, AI workflows for legal teams, the next generation of litigation platforms, evolving rules and what technology means for modern newsrooms. The conversations carried on well beyond the sessions, too.

Together, the sessions underscored a consistent theme: the most useful advances are the ones that stay tightly connected to the evidence, remain defensible under scrutiny, and free practitioners to focus on judgment and strategy rather than manual process.

A packed day, a wide-ranging set of ideas, and plenty for the legal community to keep talking about.

Just wrapped AJ Shankar’s keynote at the sold-out Everlaw Summit in San Francisco - one of the clearest pictures yet of where legal AI is heading.

AJ opened by looking back at how dramatically the profession has shifted since 2019, setting the stage for what’s possible now and next. He then outlined Everlaw’s vision: becoming the evidence layer for legal AI - the trusted foundation that grounds every insight in the actual case data.

The big announcement was Everlaw Omni, with a live demo on a large, real-case dataset. Omni brings agentic AI directly into the platform so teams can get answers and insights from their evidence more naturally. AJ put it simply: “We think Omni Agent is the best tool for getting answers and insights from your data.”

He also introduced Case Memory (part of Omni), which builds a living understanding of the matter as new evidence comes in. Alongside this, he highlighted Everlaw’s expanding ecosystem of connections to other platforms.

On stage with him were Jamie Solis from Holland & Knight, who shared how the firm is evolving its litigation work with Everlaw, and Greg McCullough of Fire Litigation Consulting, who talked about the Claude integration and the timelines and dashboards he has built with Claude and Everlaw.

The through-line was clear: the future isn’t just more AI - it’s AI that is deeply connected to the evidence, defensible, and useful for the people doing the work.

Everlaw Summit began today in San Francisco!

We’ve set the stage (literally) for three days of education, connection, and inspiration. The stunning Palace Hotel has been totally transformed for Summit, adorned in our beautiful Everlaw signage, decorations, furniture, and swag. We might be a bit biased, but it looks beautiful!

Today, we focused on education, with over 200 leaders participating in our certification programs: Review, AI and Data Ops.

As AI opens up new opportunities to move strategy to the forefront, to upend workflows, and to create new avenues for insight, Everlaw Summit is the place to be to make sure you stay ahead of the curve!
