Disrupt HR Pittsburgh was electric on Wednesday night!

Huge thanks to Vince Consoli and the entire DisruptHR team for putting on another fantastic event — they keep raising the bar for fresh thinking in our community, and we were thrilled to be back as a sponsor.

Events like this are proof of what happens when you get a room full of people together who actually want to challenge the status quo. Our team — Cara Cenfetelli, Hiede Wheatley, and Taylor Collins, SHRM-SCP — had a blast representing us, sharing ideas, and meeting so many sharp folks who care deeply about the future of work.

A big congratulations to our prize winner, Tommy Corsello — we hope you enjoy a fun movie night out!

Already looking forward to the next one - see you there!

From roller coaster thrills and good food to plenty of laughs and time spent together, it was a great reminder that some of the best memories happen outside the office. 🎠🍕🎉

We’re grateful for our amazing team and the opportunity to celebrate everything we accomplish together. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun day!

Here’s to summer, teamwork, and a little adrenaline! 🎢🙌

The Director and the Agent: Why Experienced Engineers Are the Real Engine of AI-Assisted Software Development There is a persistent misconception that AI-assisted software development is about handing over a specification and waiting for code to compile.
