Ignitara

Ignitara The AI front desk for medspas. It answers every call, day or night, books the consult into your calendar, and sends the aftercare.

When a client says something feels wrong, it stops selling and pages your provider.

I’ve been asking chiropractors one simple question lately:

“How many rings before someone answers your phone?”

Most say:
“Usually 2 or 3.”

Then I ask:

“What happens during an adjustment?”

That’s when it gets quiet.

Because even great offices can’t answer during:
• Busy hours
• Lunch
• After-hours
• When staff is juggling patients

And missed calls don’t show up on a P&L.

They just disappear.

I’m not convinced most practices have a marketing problem.

I think many have a response-time problem.

I'm curious...

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been having real conversations with chiropractic practices as part of deeper market research.

I expected to hear marketing frustrations.

What I actually found was something else.

Most chiropractic practices don’t have a marketing problem.

They have a missed call problem.

Here’s the math we walked through together.

If an average new patient is worth $1,500 over their lifetime…

And you miss just 3 calls per week…

And only 1 of those would have converted…

That’s 52 new patients per year.

52 x $1,500 = $78,000.

And that’s conservative.

The scary part?

Missed calls don’t show up on a P&L.

They don’t trigger an alert.

They just quietly disappear.

This isn’t new. It’s not hype. And it’s not a chatbot gimmick.

For years, I’ve built automation systems for businesses that eliminate revenue leaks exactly like this.

Now I’m applying that same systems thinking specifically to chiropractic practices.

AI that answers instantly.
Qualifies.
Books.
Follows up.

Not to replace your front desk.

But to protect revenue your team never even sees.

If you’re a chiropractor and want to pressure-test this against your own numbers, message me “AI” and I’ll show you what it would look like in your office.
