I’ve been asking chiropractors one simple question lately:
“How many rings before someone answers your phone?”
Most say:
“Usually 2 or 3.”
Then I ask:
“What happens during an adjustment?”
That’s when it gets quiet.
Because even great offices can’t answer during:
• Busy hours
• Lunch
• After-hours
• When staff is juggling patients
And missed calls don’t show up on a P&L.
They just disappear.
I’m not convinced most practices have a marketing problem.
I think many have a response-time problem.
I'm curious...

If you’d like, I’ll share what I’ve seen working well across other practices.
