We are truly honored to be this week's Member Monday post on the NC Coalition on Aging page! What an incredible organization to be a part of, and we look forward to networking with them in the future!
The Coalition is happy to feature SembraCare as this week’s Member Monday. SembraCare offers a family of services that include home and community-based software, an innovative Nurse Aide 1 Training program model, and comprehensive Home Care nursing services. Brooke Baragona is the Director of Business Development and Kathryn Bunn is the Nurse Aide Training/ Nursing Pool Chief Operating Officer and they represent SembraCare on the Coalition.
The root word SEMBRA in their company name means “to plant a seed” and evokes images of their foundational goal: that their various initiatives will provide your business with the expertise and tools it needs to grow and prosper. SembraCare partners with healthcare providers, payers, and industry associations to ensure compliant and quality care through HCBS software, a value-added comprehensive nursing service, and a Nurse Aide I Training Program. SembraSchool builds productive relationships with healthcare employers to make it easy for organizations to recruit and retain more Nurse Aide I staff. They are committed to elevating the professionalism of the caregiver’s role on the healthcare team. Currently, the school is located in Raleigh, but the goal is to expand into more regions of North Carolina. SembraCare is also committed to and advocates for the professionalization of direct care workers in North Carolina.
