It’s been a minute since I introduced myself here!

I’m Erin the founder and Creative Director at Hello Rising Tide. I launched this agency 8 years ago 🤯 and never looked back.

Hello Rising Tide is a brand and web design agency that works with purpose- driven brands. Our design ethos is intentional design for humans, not just algorithms.

In an era that is increasingly disconnected, automated and AI driven. We seek to keep human beings and connection at the center of everything we do.

I believe that small steps lead to big things.

Every year I try to choose a word of the year, one that encompasses who I want to be, where I want to evolve and a simple reminder to come back to throughout the year.

Last night I settled on ALIGN✨

Not gonna lie I prompted ChatGPT with all my goals for the year and asked for some suggestions and right then the word align jumped off the screen.

ALIGN
✨ I want my words and actions to align with my goals
✨ I want my physical space to align with my style and aesthetic
✨ I want my habits to align with my health goals
✨ I want my working hours to align with balance

What this can look like in business
✨ my website feels out of alignment ( I know mine does)
✨ my schedule feels too full and doesn’t align with the fresh air I want to be getting more regularly
✨ my brand doesn’t feel aligned and authentic to me

These are just some of things I hear from my clients and we are here to help you get back in ALIGNment so that your message and impact is confident and clear.

That’s a wrap on 2025!! We’re heading into our end of year break to recharge our creative batteries.

One of the best things I ever did for myself and my business was to stop listening to what everyone else was doing.

I remembering listening to every podcast, downloading every free resource and signing up for every designers emails only to realize that creating a business that worked for me and doing that my way was what I really needed.

And yes I fumbled along the way but shutting out the noise and defining success on my own terms is what I really needed.

What I gained from this was:
✨ less comparison
✨ more balance
✨ truly defining success on my own terms
✨ a business that works *for* me

Future so bright ✨✨

I was laying in bed last night and it dawned on me that this month is our 5 year anniversary!!

So I wanted to do something special next week to celebrate that AND International Women’s Day. Make sure you’re on our email list to get involved!!

But for now I want to just give a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to each and everyone of you who has been a part of our journey.

I never quite knew what would come when I planted the seed of an idea to start my own thing but damn, the future really is so bright! And I am so grateful for it all🙏🏼❤️

Cheers to a New Year!! One filled with abundance, ease and overflowing with joy!

We have so much to be grateful for:

✨ We partnered with some amazing graphic designers to help with brand identity design
✨ We invested in ourselves via a business coach

And we can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store.

Our Founder, Erin will be launching another business (stay tuned for more on that) while continuing to grow HRT.
