Employee Appreciation Day felt a little extra special at ChangeEngine today.

Our CEO Andrew Higashi decided to celebrate by building something for the team. He created a simple recognition app that makes it easy for ChangeMakers to appreciate each other in real time.

The response was incredible.

By the end of the day, our team shared 396 peer-to-peer recognitions.
