🌎❤️ AppDirectors showed up for their communities throughout April. Our annual Global Month of Service, part of the AppCares program, brought teams together across the globe to give back.
At AppDirect, we believe technology should be universally accessible, and this month our teams put that belief into action 💪Here’s a look at some of the ways we worked with our AppCares partners this past month:
🔹 Team members rolled up their sleeves and got to work helping Inspiredu Atlanta to image PCs, sort and organize inventory, run system updates, and gave each device a thorough cleaning in preparation for giveaways
🔹 Onsite open house with Empujar in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office, where our team had the privilege of working directly with students to craft standout CVs, sharpening interview skills and reviewing contract models
🔹 Hosted a Lunch and Learn with one our of AppCares partners, Compudopt, and volunteered onsite in Chicago and Dallas, preparing devices and writing notes for donation to under-resourced neighborhoods
Whether it was mentoring young students for careers in tech, hosting tech drives at our sites around the world, or preparing devices for donation, AppDirectors brought their time, skills, and heart to organizations making a real difference!
