Fresh on the wall: a new exterior building sign for Green Leaf Insurance FMO. 🍃

The logo and lettering are dimensional letters cut from 3/4-inch-thick PVC and mounted to the building's stucco, so they stand off the wall and cast a real shadow. Our team also handled the permit service on this one.

Planning a new storefront, a rebrand or a grand opening for early 2027? Start the sign conversation now. 🏗️

Building signs like channel letters and monuments have to be permitted, not just built. Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee each have their own sign ordinance, and many shopping centers have landlord sign criteria you need approved first. We typically plan on two to four weeks for design and fabrication, plus three to six weeks for permits depending on the city and landlord approval. Permits are usually the longest step, so start earlier than you think.

How it works:
1️⃣ Site survey: we measure your facade and review your sign criteria
2️⃣ Design: a rendering on a photo of your building, with a firm price
3️⃣ Permits: we prepare the drawings and submit them to your city
4️⃣ Install: built in our Temecula shop and installed by our own crew
