Learning, teamwork, great food, and a little friendly competition. That’s a pretty good recipe for a Fraser Managers Meeting!

Our bi-annual offsite gave our managers time to connect, share ideas, and learn more about AI and the new technologies that can help us work smarter and create better outcomes.

After a full day of learning, we enjoyed an amazing dinner and put our teamwork to a very different kind of test with a team photo scavenger hunt. 📸

There were lots of laughs, some creative photos, and plenty of great memories made along the way.

A huge thank you to the Glasbern Inn for hosting us and helping make our time together so enjoyable!

What if you could stand where your ancestor stood nearly 250 years ago and read the same words that helped change the course of history?

That's exactly what John Peterson is doing.

After reading the Declaration of Independence in Tennessee on July 4 as part of the Sharing the Spirit of America initiative, John traveled to Reading, Pennsylvania, where his fifth-great-grandfather, Henry Vanderslice, publicly read the Declaration to the citizens of Berks County on July 8, 1776.

For John, this isn't just a history lesson. It's a family legacy.

His ancestry includes 15 to 20 documented Revolutionary War Patriots, along with Hessian ancestors, reflecting the many lives forever changed by America's fight for independence.

Sharing the Spirit of America brings communities across all 50 states and U.S. territories together to read the Declaration of Independence at the same synchronized time, commemorating the first public reading of the Declaration in Philadelphia on July 8, 1776.

This year's Reading ceremony returned to the very place where Henry Vanderslice first proclaimed the Declaration nearly 250 years ago. The event featured descendants of Vanderslice, multilingual readings, music, historical exhibits, and a ceremonial bell ringing.

Some stories live in history books. Others are carried forward by the families who lived them.

Join us as we celebrate America's founding and the enduring spirit of liberty that continues to inspire new generations.
