PegaWorld 2026 has come to a close, and we leave with a few clear takeaways.
As enterprise AI conversations continue to mature, the focus appears to be shifting from talks of broad possibilities to operating discipline: governance, orchestration, predictability, and scale.
The announcements around Infinity Studio, Customer Engagement Studio, Agentic Process Fabric, and Zero Token Cost also suggest an important shift in direction. Enterprise AI is moving beyond isolated agents and token-cost concerns toward more governed, coordinated, and measurable models of implementation.
For EvonSys, this direction is closely aligned with how we think about delivery. The opportunity is not simply to introduce AI into enterprise processes, but to do so in a way that is structured, secure, and operationally useful.
Against that backdrop, receiving the Pega Elevation Award for TracEI was a meaningful moment for our team. The recognition reinforced the importance of work centered on real enterprise problems, sound architecture, and practical ex*****on.
Beyond the announcements and formal sessions, much of the value of PegaWorld came from the conversations. Thank you to everyone who visited us at Booth 22, shared perspectives, asked thoughtful questions, and made the discussions worthwhile.
Our thanks as well to the Pegasystems team for bringing together a community focused on the next phase of enterprise transformation.
We look forward to continuing the conversations and to seeing the community again at PegaWorld next year.
