TrekMail Update | Late October 🚀
This update is all about teamwork, privacy and a smoother everyday inbox.
👥 Shared mailboxes, your way
Each team member now has two separate switches: Read and Send as. Someone can reply from support@ without seeing the whole inbox, or read it without sending.
Team addresses show up right in the From menu in webmail and work in Outlook, Apple Mail and phone apps too. Each one keeps its own signature, and if access changes you get a clear explanation instead of a silent switch.
🔒 Private Notes
Need to share a password or other sensitive details? Write a private note and send the link. It disappears once it’s read or when it expires (1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days).
Notes are encrypted in your browser, can have their own password, and link previews can’t open them by accident. You can also get an email when your note is opened.
Private Notes are built right into webmail compose, and on White Label they carry your brand.
🛡️ Trusted connections
Add your office or home IP addresses as trusted, and a few mistyped passwords won’t lock you out of webmail, mail apps or the dashboard anymore. Manage the list for the whole account, per mailbox, or from webmail settings. The correct password is still always required.
✉️ A smoother webmail
• Reply all has its own button (and the A shortcut)
• Search finds words with capital letters, like brand names, and stays applied when you switch mailboxes
• Exact result counts and bulk actions across all your inboxes at once
• Reopened drafts keep their images and attachments
• Attachments in meeting invites and forwarded emails download correctly again
• Pasted text keeps its spacing, and a new link dialog (Ctrl/Cmd+K) makes adding links easy
• “Remember me” on the login page works again
📦 Easier moves to TrekMail
Gmail imports no longer copy the same email twice from All Mail, Important and Starred.
If your new mailbox runs out of space, the migration stops with a clear message and continues where it left off once you add storage.
In bulk migrations you can enter a new password for a single mailbox and keep going.

🔐 Safer for everyone
We strengthened protection against spam and phishing sign-ups and tightened team permissions, so the platform’s sending reputation stays clean for every customer.
⚙️ Smaller fixes
• Changing your sign-in email no longer pauses sending: you get 7 days to confirm the new address
• Trial emails are clearer, with exact dates and amounts
• Card trials are no longer canceled while your bank confirms the payment
• The sign-up form checks your details before you submit, and asks for your password only once
• Country flags and icons now show correctly in every browser
• Help Center pages load faster
The main idea behind this release: your team can work together without sharing passwords, and sensitive information stays private.
