When Olivia Cleary saw an opportunity to improve a manual onboarding process, she explored how AI could help. What began as a test rooted in curiosity became a smarter experience for associates on the , reducing hours of repetitive work to minutes, minimizing errors, and giving teams more time to focus on higher-value work.

Olivia's story serves as a reminder that AI isn't just about automation. It's about empowering people to solve problems, collaborate, and create better experiences.

Developing future leaders is one of the most meaningful ways we can strengthen the communities we serve on the .

This past Saturday we wrapped up another meaningful year of collaboration with the Master’s League Foundation for Boys. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with an organization committed to equipping, developing, empowering, and engaging young men through character development, life skills, and career exploration.

In four sessions spanning from last November to now, this group of high school students enriched their skills of collaboration, motivation, and consistency while being led by inspiring associate speakers. The session themes included: Think Like a Champion, Collaborate to Win, Better Faster Stronger, and Integrity to Influence.

The future of Inmar is already making an impact.

Just one month into their , 34 interns across three offices are making meaningful contributions. From visiting retail partners to experience the customer journey firsthand to automating healthcare processes and building smarter internal tools, they're gaining hands-on experience while delivering real value. Our Winston-Salem interns also had the chance to put their networking skills to the test as they connected at a WS Dash baseball game.

Behind every great intern experience is a community of associates who invest their time, knowledge, and encouragement. We want to extend gratitude to Christine Cantu for being a multiplier in the intern experience from the beginning. We also want to thank Kathy Hayden, Brian Smith, Olivia Cleary, Alisha Korba, Tori Kellner, Saul Salinas, Marina Scholten, Brian Nightengale for sharing their time and knowledge at intern sessions ranging from a healthcare overview to a personal branding workshops.

We're grateful to everyone helping develop the next generation of talent, and we're excited to see what's ahead.

Inclusion isn't a month-long initiative, it's part of who we are and how we show up for one another every day on the .

As Pride Month comes to a close, we're taking a moment to recognize the associates who helped make it meaningful. Throughout June, associates across Inmar came together to celebrate, connect and support one another—from painting crosswalks, participating in the Winston-Salem Pride Parade and volunteering at the North Star LGBTQ Center down to team gatherings and acts of appreciation with colleagues in Mexico.

Pride Month provides an opportunity to celebrate and learn together, but our commitment to building a workplace where where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to be themselves continues throughout the year.
