We went in for a camera bag... We walked out with the camera bag... two straps, a 7-in-1 reflector, a Sony A7V and a 50mm macro lens. 😮‍💨

The bag was $150, the rest is between us and Camera House Toowoomba. Jamee was not entirely to blame, but she made it FAR too easy! 📷

In all seriousness, today was a big one. Day one for our new in-house videographer, and we didn't hold back.

We'd already invested in the Sony FX30 and video rig in preparation for this moment, but the A7V and macro lens fill the gap, adding high quality product and people photography and B-roll capability alongside our cinematic offering. What was once outsourced or limited to social reels is now a full in-house production capability.

We're saying nothing about the 85mm f1.8 lens we’ve got our eye on. Nothing at all. 👀

What a week. Here's a snapshot of what life looks like at Creativore when we're out in the wild with our legendary clients! 💛

First up, we wrapped up the Austral Ag Sales Training series in style. Throughout the season, the Drover trophy has been awarded weekly to outstanding performers, with Charlotte taking home the final one for her consistent effort. But this week we also awarded the Trail Boss trophy, the big one, the series finale, and honestly the whole team performed so outstandingly that every single one of them took it home. Well earned, all round.

And Wednesday morning found us at The Southern Hotel for a BX Networking breakfast, surrounded by some of Toowoomba's finest. A special shoutout to Natalie from BrandSuite and Kat from Foodie Shots, whose encouragement and energy get me in the door in the morning and send me out the door feeling fired up.

Then we delivered freshly printed business cards to our newest client, Dr Bec from Toowoomba Mobile Vet Services, and were promptly ambushed by her King Charles Cavaliers. Special mention to Flower, who bears a striking resemblance to our beloved Millie. We were not prepared for that and we loved the little detour. 🐾

We finished the week dropping in on Ewen at Ryley Jewellery Creations, where we caught Lara mid-creation working on an exquisite remodelling piece for a client. There are exciting things in the works there that we're tight-lipped about - but will hint that you probably want to know, so make sure you follow along.

Another week of doing what we love, with people we love doing it for. 💛 Toowoomba, you never disappoint. 💛

What a morning at the Toowoomba Farmers Market! 💛

The Soup Box community showing up in full force, joined by Mayor Geoff McDonald, Tiff and Nat from Base Services, and so many wonderful people who simply chose to be part of something good (most that I completely forgot to grab social handles from!).

It was particularly sensational seeing TODAY do a live cross to Kat and Tiff in the morning for a Saturday morning feature on National TV. Did you see it this morning? Big cheers to MJ Communications for teeing up that coverage!

We've just put up the latest figures on the website and we're blown away by the generosity and genuine care shown by our incredible Toowoomba community!

In just 4 days over 4 weekends, through community produce donations, The Soup Box has redirected 179 boxes, translating into over 5300 meals to the amazing crew at Base Services.

Their chef and trainees will now peel, chop, grate, stew, roast, fry, and bake your generous donations into nutritious meals to boost the energy, immunity, health and morale of our friends and neighbours in our community who are doing it tough and rough at the moment.

This is the dignity and care we all deserve and we're personally very grateful for every person and business who chose to make a difference in the community we live in and love by donating produce, skills and time.

It really goes to show how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. 💛

The sunshine and Toowoomba generosity was beaming today. We had so many wonderful conversations and also the opportunity to speak live to TODAY show this morning...we will pop up the recording a bit later.

We also had Mayor Geoff McDonald and wife Lisa join our volunteers Kiri and son William, Michelle Cullen Ferguson, Jo Muldoon, Tahnee, Linda Lester - Thermomix Consultant so it was a full on morning.

But the biggest thanks go to you ... our community who again proved that a little action creates huge impact. 51 boxes of farmers' produce is now at Base Services and being prepped to create nutritious meals for those doing it tough.

You were Soup-er Awesome!
